The Lo & Behold Group’s internship programme is a place for undergrads, fresh grads, non-grads alike to discover the fullest, most magical potential of themselves and of hospitality.

In the years to come, you may emerge as a Michelin-starred chef, or you may find your passion in another craft altogether—either way, we’ll start you out on the right path:

    Here is where you will put your best foot forward, on solid ground. We make sure that Generation Behold has access to people at the top of their trade: 3 Michelin-starred Chef-Owner Julien Royer, Group Culinary Director Daniel Sia, Group Beverage Manager Matthew Lamb, and many others.

    At every turn, there’s room to learn and grow across titles and venues. Expect everything: workshops with our Chief Marketing Officer on branding, cocktail demonstrations with our Group Beverage Manager, wine appreciation nights… the list goes on.

  • Tailored Programme

    We take care in nurturing and grooming you towards success—whatever your definition of success may be. In-venue trainers and close mentors offer timely check-ins and tailored career guidance throughout the programme.

 

By the end of this internship, you’ll find three key takeaways: real-world experience, an extensive and reliable network of like-minded industry shakers, and immeasurable career and personal growth.
